Client: Vita Health

Role: Head of Creative

Design: Kayla Velocci

From December 2022 to November 2023, I served as the Head of Creative at Vita Health, a telehealth provider specializing in suicide care and teletherapy and psychiatry services for a broad spectrum of behavioral health conditions.

During my tenure, I launched an omnichannel marketing and content strategy that yielded a 94% increase in website traffic, a 96% increase in web visitors, and a 46% increase in web-generated leads between Q1 and Q2 2023.

Web

When I first joined Vita Health, a new website was at the top of everyone’s wishlist - and for good reason. With very little brand recognition and a lingering taboo surrounding suicide and mental health treatment, Vita Health needed a website that would instill confidence, trust, and warmth for an audience spanning 12 to 85-year-olds. I created a loose site map, wrote all of the copy in-house, and tapped Kayla Velocci, a former co-worker of mine, to lead the design using our established brand guidelines and color palette.
Here’s the before and after.

Blog

If we’re making a brand new website, we might as well build a new blog into it, right? Right.

4 ways to support your child’s mental health

“Historically, the month of May marks the unofficial start of summer, flowers brought by April showers, Mother’s Day, and, increasingly - mental health awareness.

Mental Health and Back to school season

“Back to school season is a daunting experience for everyone involved. From school supply lists and shopping to transitioning back to routines and full days in the classroom, it can wreak havoc on stress levels for people of all ages - students most of all.”
